I came up with the idea for the 365-Day Sunrise Workout Challenge while reading a book one evening. It spoke about starting each morning by watching the sunrise and being thankful for a new day. Inspired, I decided to challenge myself to get up, rain or shine, warm or cold, and workout outside during the sunrise. Join me for a year-long journey of health and mindfulness.
